These forms are posted on website as a convenience for residents to use in making applications.  They are updated regularly and every effort is made to keep them current.  However, all applicants have the obligation to check with the applicable agency in insure that the forms are current as to content and format.  Although we try to keep the respective fees listed on the forms as current as possible, please contact the Borough office on Wednesdays from 3:30 to 6 PM at (609) 924-7445 to confirm most recent fee structure or to ask any questions regarding forms.


* Note:  All applications for a cat or dog license must be accompanied by proof that the pet has had a rabies vaccination valid through November 1 of the licensing year as required by state regulations.  For more information, click here.  All dogs and cats must be licensed by April 30.  Applications received after that date are subject to a late penalty-- please consult with the Borough Clerk for penalty schedule.
